Blue looped vinyl material forms loops on this 18" phenolic core. The texture created is ideal for applying heavy texture paints and aggregate epoxies. The phenolic inner core features low water absorption for long wear. The solvent resistant core extends the life of this roller. End caps are fitted in roller to allow attachment to roller frame.
